Leo's Black Book

The Discord

Where the intel changes hands and where your book is kept. Nine forums, one bot named Leo, and rules posted before launch so nobody argues a number in afterwards.

The forums

Economy intel

Prices, payouts, fence rates, register costs and capital gates. One post per sighting, one thread per entry in the book. Leo links the two.

Events and sightings

Random events, livestream broadcasts you can drive to, hurricanes, store hold-ups. Where, when, and whether it happened again.

Day-one confirmations

The six open questions pinned for November 19: Criminal Profile per character or shared, businesses and marked bills, the phone app list, hurricanes, fuel and tolls, a shareable stats page.

The trading floor

Have one, need one. Offer an entry you've confirmed in exchange for one you haven't. Leo records who gave what; the book is the escrow.

Disputes

When two values will not reconcile, the entry gets a dispute thread and both numbers stay in the book with their counts until a title update or a Rockstar post settles it.

Spoiler room

Story-gated economy: capital targets, mission payouts, the decision log. Everything in here is tagged by act and hidden from the rest of the server.

The counting room

Your own book. Tell Leo what you bought, sold, earned or spent and he files it to your pages: stocks, cash, notes, invoices, receipts. Private threads, one per member. The website reads what Leo has filed, from anywhere, no login.

Property desk

Every property you own, what you paid, what it is worth, what it brings in. List one for sale or rent and Leo posts it to the desk with your asking price; enquiries land in your thread.

The Lot

Cars for GTA$. List, offer, agree, meet in-game, both say done. Leo keeps who owes what and writes every closed price into the blue book. In-game currency only; real money is a strike. Opens with GTA VI Online.

The Wire

Read-only. Leo posts every Rockstar Newswire item within minutes of it going up, classified as a trailer, store drop, music release, title update, launch note or weekly event. Take the @wire role for title-update pings only.

How Leo runs the place

Leo is the bookkeeper. He reads every forum post, matches it to an entry, asks for the platform and version if they're missing, keeps the tally, ticks the box when the threshold is met and locks the thread with a summary.

He also tags posts by keyword, removes links to leaked footage on sight, applies the spoiler policy, posts the Wire, and writes a nightly digest of what moved in the book to the server and to the socials. Every filing is logged so a human can reverse it.

The Discord is the data server. The shared ledger and every member's book are written here by Leo and read by the website, which refreshes itself every minute, so a line filed in the counting room shows up in your book wherever you have it open.

CommandWhat it does
/claim <search>Look up an entry, its status, its sources and the running tally.
/reportFile a sighting from any channel: entry, value, platform, version, optional screenshot. Leo opens or appends to the forum thread.
/tally <entry>Counts per platform and version, side by side.
/tradeOpen a trading-floor post with what you have and what you need.
/book <persona>The entries your kind of player tracks, as a checklist.
/wireThe last five Newswire items and their kinds.
/eraThe game version the book is currently recording against.
/digestModerators only: post today's digest now instead of at midnight.
/linkGet your book code. Open leosblackbook.com/?book=CODE anywhere and your pages are there, no login.
/stock buy|sell <ticker> <qty> <price>Files a trade to your Stocks page; Leo keeps the average cost and the log.
/property add|value|list|rentAdd a property, update its value, list it for sale or rent, record rent received.
/car add|list|soldYour garage on the Lot: what you have, what it is worth, what you want for it.
/note, /invoice, /receiptA line in your Notes with an optional amount, who owes whom, and tags.

House rules

  1. Tag every sighting with your platform and the version string from the pause menu. Leo will ask if you don't, and the post waits until you do.
  2. Numbers need three matching reports from two platforms on the same version, or one screenshot plus two confirmations. A yes-or-no needs two independent reports. One Rockstar post or developer-guided preview settles anything.
  3. Conflicting values stay side by side with their counts. Nothing is overwritten, and no screenshot is thrown away.
  1. Story content lives in the spoiler room and nowhere else. No leaked footage, ripped audio or game assets anywhere on the server. Take-Two removes isolated cutscene video and pre-release leaks; so do we, on sight.
  2. Trades are intel for intel. No money, no account sharing, no boosting services, nothing from the real world.
  3. Stay Professional. The Criminal Profile in the game runs from Professional to Irredeemable. So does the ban ladder here: a warning, a week, the door.

Get in the book.

The server opens in research mode now and switches to live mode when Leonida unlocks on November 19. Early members get the first claim ids to own.
